The TJSWCD can only accomplish its mission by working in partnership with other entities with similar visions. These partnerships include local, state, and federal agencies and non-governmental organizations.

Rivanna River Basin Commission - www.rivannariverbasin.org -A TJSWCD Director serves as a commissioner on the RRBC
-A TJSWCD staff member serves on the Technical Advisory Committee
-The RRBC has been a partner in stormwater regulations workshops and
outreach regarding the use of rainwater harvesting as an accepted
conservation practice

Committee
-StreamWatch provides data about the health of the Rivanna River Watershed

members joined together to cooperatively meet their NPDES permit
requirements

-The VASWCD is a partner for state-level educational programs such as
